Yes I am married have been for 9 months we have been together a year and a half.
Oh well. And in that relationship you act as a BUD when it comes to the stepson.

I would much rather my husband adopt her so this could all be over with and I did not have to deal with him any more but was told he had to sighn over his rights and he has already stated he is not doing that.
Then maybe you should have aborted your daughter before she was born and you would not have to deal with him. Hopefully he will get custody due to the fact that you are an overbearing, selfish, egotistical, self centered alienating woman.

My daughter calls my husband daddy and calls my ex Daddy Mike thats all she knows and I do not see anything wrong with this.
A court will. YOUR HUSBAND is nothing more than someone YOU sleep with. HE IS A LEGAL STRANGER. You see nothing wrong with it? Hopefully the judge slams you into the concrete for this BS.

I have on occassion heard her call her step mother mommy and her step mother has corrected and told her she is Mrs Angela. I have told my daughter she has one mommy and no more then that....
Yet you allow her to have more than one daddy you two faced B.U.D. How can you stand to even think you have a legal basis for your behavior?

Seems you have a real problem. You have no problem with her havig two daddys but not two mommys. It seems his wife made the correction and is trying to handle this the best way with out causing waves in the water. I believe you said there was other children in the house. If your daughter has been with them and hears them call her mommy then she is doing the typical monkey see monkey do. Your daughter is young and you are confusing the hell out of her. You should have approached this much diffrently by simply telling her yes she has two daddys and two mommys and they all love her very much and left it alone. When she gets alittle older to understand it can be readdressed but she is little and does not understand and you are making it much worse then need be.....
WRONG. This child only has ONE mommy and ONE daddy. NOT two. Do not even go down that road unless you want a court penalizing you.

Is this poster for real?? Can anyone really be that selfish and okay, hate to say it, but dumb as to not see how one sided they are? Her last post just reaks of troll.

She makes me mad just to read it. If this really is a true situation, I sincerely hope dad can get primary custody of this child, because mom certainly won't be facillitating any kind of relationship with DAD (you will notice mom, I didn't call him Daddy Mike).

OG I see your point did not think of that at first. I just hate to see a women who is two faced...No wonder dad did not do anything for the first two years, he know what she was going to do.

I believe the father should go for it all and see what happens. Its plain and simple he is trying and putting fourth the effort and she does not care and is not letting him. I feel so bad for this little girl that she may lose all ties to her father because of mom. Even with a court order I feel she will find away to break it and dad will be back were he started

I let my attorney go could not afford it anymore
Even tho the so called contempt happened over 11 weeks ago can he still go after contempt at the final hearing? It has been set for a jury trail
It appears you are currently unrepresented and your case is moving toward a jury trial. Until your last hearing you had an attorney representing you. There are custody issues in dispute in which expert and other witness testimony is being called in by the fathers attorney.

Are you expecting that by representing yourself the judge will not only allow status quo to remain pending trial but that you will be granted the terms you request on visitation?

You really need to wake up and be more realistic and reasonable or you could easily end up with the short end of the stick by the time final judgment is signed.
