bad idea

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NORTH CAROLINA

I live in NC and I am a US citizen and so is my daughter however I am from England. I am thinking of leaving the USA with my 5 yr old never to return. I am sure legally my husband could have me for kidnapping but how easy would this be? What is the legal age the child must be for us to actually move from the country without his permission???? We are not seperated so nothing has ever gone to the courts.

Thank you What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
sure you can move to england with your daughter-then for the next few years( untill shes 18) only have supervised( if at that) visitation with your daughter. are you willing to risk only seeing your daughter once a year( if at that, with someone watching your every move( you wont be allowed alone with your daughter, or take her anywhere alone)

That is incredibly unlikely.
