Thanks to everyone. I really appreaciate the excellent advice.

As to the name calling, yes you are probably right I shouldnt have based on this alone. However, this guy is really starting to make me mad with his bragging about not supporting his kids, and he is someone who I have always thought was a stand up guy.

Yep. My ex and I had in our original agreement that he would pay support directly to me. Judge shot that idea down real quick. I'm glad now that he did, though -- or the ex's arrears would be double, if not triple, what they are. :rolleyes:
