HUH??? Care to try in English?? :D
Maybe you should re-read all posts. Justalayman said they could attach exempt assets if they got a judgment & I told OP it was non-exempt. Justalayman came back & said he should have proof read his post better - he meant non-exempt. I just told him I knew what he meant but was just clarifying correct info for OP. This was between me & justalayman but would make sense to anyone if they would read all the posts.

Half the posts incl. some of yours had nothing to do with OP's post (see your post of 1-1 8:36pm - how did this help OP?) My post was English to me - can't help it if you don't understand English or take the time to read all posts.
His comment wasn't about why you posted, but your total lack of the useage of the English language. What does ....
I thought I was clarify for OP.
mean in the English language?

Oh, missed that - sorry; meant to say would not was. However, at least I know my geography -- just read a post of yours where you said US law only & OP said in their original post they were from Texas. https://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=348955 :D

'Betty'... you just keep on proving your ignorance!!!!

If you had ANY knowledge or experience (legal or logical), you would see that the ORIGINAL post you refer to (at 7:18 pm) did NOT have the state shown. BB's post was at 7:20 pm. The OP then returned and edited her post (at 7:43 pm) to include the state.

BB, as usual, was right.
You, as usual, weren't.
