DooDoo is getting deep in here. Attempting to kidnap kids from a school is a major crime. How does the jailed Daddy think his Mommy with a criminal record can get custody of your kids?
Do you live in florida? then I dont expect you to understand the inbred morons that run the county

Can you go online and view the case from NY ? If you can see what is filed you may be able to get working on the response prior to actually being served. I do think that if they try to serve you at work you will have a hard time avoiding it. Better to deal with it rather than avoid it.
I do not think I can view it online.

Umm Miss School teacher? Is this how you teach your students to spell? So you are teaching a bunch of kids that people in Florida are inbreds?[/QUO

Yeah of course that is what I teach them...
Why are you so angry and constantly looking to pick a fight with someone?

Or morons who hide from arrest warrants which only makes the situation harder to manage WHEN they get extradicted to New York.
I know you guys have a one track mind and truly believe that I am this giant criminal that is hiding from an arrest warrant.
I lived here for quite some time before I knew there was one. It is a BS charge just to get me into ny to try and get me to go to court in NY for the family court issue.

I know this makes it much harder to deal with being out of state, and sorry it is not a crime that I will be extradited for. I have called the local sherrif and NYS and they said even if I wasn pulled over it is not something I will be picked up for out of state since it is such a minor offense.
Like I said I am not worried about that I know it will be taken care of.
My question was about jurisdiction over my case and my children.
And sorry I can not afford an attorney because I am only a school teacher

BB?

A warrant is a warrant is a warrant, right?
She thinks she can't be picked up on a warrant for Identity theft. That is funny.

Yes he signed the Birth certificates, and our OLD custoday papers did not say anything about needing his approval to move anywhere
First infraction: Relocation without the permission of the court. This will cost you approximately $5,000 to get straightened out.

Second Infraction: Identity Theft. This will cost you approximately another $5,000 to get straightened out IF it's a quick procedure.

Third Infraction: Flight to avoid. You don't have to run away to be charged here. The mere fact that you are hiding, lied to the process server and are actively taking steps that conceal you from proper service of the warrant is enough. Expect to spend upwards of $10,000 to defend yourself on this charge.
