Your post said the court WILL take in to account. However, the statute you pointed to only allows the court to take it in to account if it feels it's appropriate. At 10 years old, it is highly unlikely that this child's preference will be given a huge amount of weight.
I simply copied and pasted the information directly from the link I provided. My apologies if the site quoted had incorrect verbiage. I will be certain to go directly to the state's source in the future.

Please do not give any more of your input regarding this. I am not interested in your ridiculous opinions. If you are going to be rude to people, why are you even on here?
Have fun, bucky. When the judge tears you a new one, and you cry like a little girl in court, think of me and smile. :D

You really don't get to pick and choose who replies to your post. What you are being told is that the legal system is very impersonal and sometimes emotionally draining. If you take such offense to a bunch of anonymous people on a message board, then you are going to have a very tough time dealing with the legal system.

when you cut and paste, you might wish to put the information in quotation marks, and include the link.

Upon re-reading your initial reply, I do see that you proceeded to add the condition that the child's maturity would be a factor in deciding the weight of her input. My apologies...

But, I was also wondering the source of the information you posted relating to the AZ case in another thread...

To get help, not to have a random person make obnoxious and unwarranted comments at me.
From what I am seeing, you are receiving the correct legal information and the answers to your questions. You are hardly in a position to dictate who can or cannot post. Careful.

AZ is the same Zig. I can give you a link if you want. Almost the exact same verbiage.

GOOD LORD! I am just trying to get information that is factual and useful!!! Enough already! I have dealt with the legal system before, and again, I don't want your opinions of me, just the legal info.

Then get it yourself smart ***. I for one will not help you again, and encourage others to do the same. You're on your own now.

I'm looking forward to the part where OP goes to see an attorney, pays his $$$, and finds out what I and y'all have already told him...for free. Then OP has one of his patented girly temper tantrums at the attorney...later, OP has another hissy fit at the judge....:p

I don't think I've ever seen a "male" get so very pissy here before -- does anyone else remember such a girlyman on here before, with such delicate widdle feelings?
