No she doesn't, however, depending on how the CO is written (and we won't know because she can't find it), she may need his agreement as to WHERE the kids go. In fact, there are standard forms in CA that says there must be an agreement as to enrollment in daycare, etc. However, her CO is old, and I doubt that it is there...
Daycare is not addressed in our court order. The point is that the daycare I want them to go to is on their elem school campus. No transportation is needed to get them to the daycare.
He has been adament on NOT paying for daycare. So its going to be a fight. None of the forms I saw online CC are part of our court order! So its very old.
To the poster who suggested offering him to come find one LOL!!! My ex is a very busy detective who lives 40+ miles away AND works anothe 40 miles from there. He doesn't even have time to see the girls let alone look for daycare.
The last time we were in mediation he stated how much he hates my mom watching the girls. I said fine I'd gladly put them in daycare and he can pay half. He said NO WAY. The mediator said he needed to be quiet then about getting free daycare.
Looks like the email will just be stated that since my mom is leaving, daycare is necessary in order for me to maintain my full-time employment. Therefore, the cost for them to attend is $$$. Would you like to pay for *** and I will pay for ****?
But I haven't gotten that far yet. It needs to happen soon though cause school is out in 3 weeks!!
