That's what this site is for, right?????
Judgement day is comming, Lordy.
Why, yes it is...for your son....in a court of law. It would be more helpful to him if you channelled your energy into helping him learn from this very serious life lesson instead of getting all passive-aggressive.

Don't need your prayers, I'm doin' just fine, thanks.

Wireless, ready for round 2?

And now you can have the last word...

No, no, no, you guys aren't getting it at all.

"Real" legal advice would be telling her that yes, she is absolutely entitled to see copies of the other kids statements and the judge will be forced to charge her child the way SHE wants it to happen and that of course HER child is as pure as the driven snow and will get out of this scott-free. "Real" legal advice would be telling her what she wants to hear.

Shame none of that is true.....

Why are you all still feeding the troll?

too early in the morning? misguided hope? battling the "my child is so perfect, never does anything wrong" syndrome?

take your pick. she's still here. NOT talking to her bestest ever friend attorney.

Nope, i'm taking this one. I'm going to happily tell OP just what she wants to hear so she can walk away singing....mostly walk away which is my point.

Ok OP, here goes. Your son did nothing wrong. All you have to do is explain this to his attorney and everything will become clear. Also, those statements you wanted to gather from others? Go ahead as those will have much clout here. When his time comes in court the judge will see this and spank him on the rear and send him on his way back home to you. He will never have to pay any fines, he will never be sent to juvie and things will end like a bowl of roses.

All better now??

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

aww...so the "never take legal advice from an ex" doesn't apply. ew.

and she is STILL here.:confused:
OP is free to take legal advice from whom she wants...Her son is the one that will suffer for her head in the sand...But HEY!! Then she can go to another legal forum and complain why her innocent son is in a Juvie facility for a crime "he didn't commit". :rolleyes:

And you and I, Bluesie, will be there to laugh at her.
