Wild has been working SO HARD this year to get on the 4.0 honor roll. Her reward is a new "non-dorky" cell phone. One that's better for txting (she uses NO minutes ). Anyway, she was beginning to despair because the year is so close to ending and she was literally TWO POINTS away from an A in math.

I just checked their portal and it was updated today. She's made it to a 90% in math, and her 4.0!

Guess I'd better get to ordering that phone.

She has a bad habit of taking her phone to her dad's house. If it has a camera on it, it magically disappears. I spent a LOT of money replacing the phones because I KNOW SHE wasn't losing them.

Finally, I made her start carrying one of those really old school nokia bar phones. Hideous, blocky, terrible to try and use, and camera-less.

So the Comeback? It's gonna be like heaven for her.

Of course, hopefully she's learned not to take her phone to her Dad's.

Glad that Sprint has a truly unlimited data plan, because I burn those darn 402,901 mb on her phone last month.

I... have blocked internet access on the kid's phone. Maybe the end of this year, he can have it. I started him on the baby phone, an LG Rumor 2. He loves my Pre and thinks that since there's an upgrade coming in September, he can upgrade his (no).

Tmobile REQUIRES you to purchase the $25/month data plan with ANY data phone. So I can't get her a Sidekick or anything like that without increasing my bill by at least $25/month and it's not unlimited...

Not. Happening. My cell phone bill is already almost $130/month for 3 phones.

Sprint has the everything plans. I have 2 phones, unlimited everything (including data). For one phone, the bill is something like $69. For my 2, it's $129.99. Sprint throws employee discounts, so my bill ends up (after taxes) to be about $125 and I have GPS enabled on his phone.
