What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ca
Now can I sue for having bisexual tendicies?
so who would you sue for that? If you take the nature side of that nature/nurture argument, God would be who you have a problem with. If you side with the nurture group, look to mom and dad.

Personally, I don't think you have a claim either way but you are more than welcome to knock yourself out trying to sue somebody.

LOL no.

A "free consultation" doesn't mean the attorney will take (or has taken) your case on contingency.

Specially this one...

Agreed. Most attorneys, even the most expensive ones, will give a free initial consultation to potential clients. This has no bearing whatsoever on the fee structure they later present to said potential clients.

Back when I worked for an attorney, he was the only one in his circle that did free consultations. The paralegal and I gave him grief for that. And he worked in Beverly hills. But he would NEVER take a case like this on contingency.

Well obviously you don't have any idea what your talking about. My attorney jus did. So I don't need anyone to say that I can't happen when it just did. This forum is basically full of people that have no idea what they are talking about. If u don't have a clue and just giving your personal opinion than keep your mouth shut

Neither do you. "Retainer" and "contingency" are two entirely different things - complete and utter polar opposites. You are either on retainer basis or contingency basis - never ever ever both as you are telling us.
