Elsewhere the OP has indicated that this is, in fact, due to a real situation and not hypothetical at all. But for some reason he appears to find it difficult to understand that there are shades of grey and exceptions and when we attempt to answer questions with no context, we may give him incorrect information.
Hypothetical questions by their nature can only offer possibilities and the possibilities can be endless. Zigner's brain implant theory becomes as legitimate an answer to Mark's hypothetical question as any other that is offered, given no facts to rule it out,

Ah, well. Mark found what was offered helpful. That's nice. And it was especially nice that he returned to the forum to express his thanks.

OP came clean about his reasons for wanting to know this! And I was able to give him some advice!
I searched for your response elsewhere and, geez, what an easy answer to what turned out to be a very simple question. :)

For others who may not want to do the search, Mark essentially wanted to know how to write a resume when he is better known by his pseudonym than he is by his real name.

eerelations suggested heading the resume with his real name followed by his known name in parentheses.

Good advice, and good job getting the real question from the hypothetical, eerelations. Kudos!
