You have mentioned at least three criminal activities and have talked about what amounts to planning a murder.in this thread alone.
What criminal activities have I mentioned? Where in my post did I talk about planning murder?

That said once the attacker is incapacitated you distance yourself from the attacker and call the police. Just as anyone with a gun would do.
As I've said in a previous post, I find it difficult to incapacitate an attacker without killing him. I've never been able to successfully put a person to sleep with a rear naked choke or other choke, and while I'm a pretty good fighter I have never possessed enough power to knock a person out. So if I was in a situation where a person was attacking me, I genuinely feel that my best option may be to simply kill him.

By the way, one time my landlord attacked me in my apartment and I restrained him by holding a knife to his neck with one hand, and with the other hand I called 911 on my cell phone. However, the operator I talked to was disrespectful to me and refused to send the police out to help me and told me to just let my landlord go. So, the method you describe is not always feasible.

You need some serious mental help. From this side of the screen it appears a commitment to a psychiatric facility would be appropriate.

Your obsession with your former landlord is very troubling.

The fact you said

One can incapacitate and kill an attacker in one convenient stroke

Speaks volumes. It suggests you would benefit from some mental health care.
You're twisting my words. What I meant was that a gun owner has an advantage in that he can both incapacitate and kill an attacker simultaneously, whereas without a gun there would typically be a time gap between incapacitation and killing, and that time gap could condemn me in court.

To the situation where defending oneself sans gun:

Once the attacker is incapacitated, you remove yourself from the situation. Failing to do so and then attacking the other party looks a lot like an assault with no basis to argue self defense.
I just stated before that I have difficulty with incapacitating a person. I have never been able to knock someone unconscious, either with a choke or with strikes.

You need mental help. Your thought process is violent and abnormal.

You people keep saying that I have a mental problems, but you fail to actually explain what specifically is wrong with the things I'm saying. Furthermore, I do not so much have an obsession with my landlord as I acknowledge that I have been wronged and traumatized by him, and I would like to obtain legal information concerning how I can address situations like this should they happen again.

I explained. You didn’t listen. That further supports my statements

You call the police. If the police do not respond, go to the police department and file a report and complaints with the department.

You have been told this before.

Saying you want to kill your landlord - on a public forum no less - is a good way to get yourself arrested. If arrested, I recommend you hire an attorney to help with your defense.

Please seek a mental health evaluation. You have been told this several times. Your concerns far exceed the scope of an advice legal forum.

If you are able to escape the situation without violence, you are expected to do so. If it takes leaving the house to escape the situation, then you leave the house. Not everything in life is fair. Sometimes you have to do something that maybe you don't want to do, and maybe even something unreasonable, in order to avoid a worse situation.
