They can try to sue me but i have no assets... Its just a piece of paper to me. They on the other hand have money so i should be awarded for an illegal eviction
That's not how this works. That's not how ANY of this works. Awards in civil suits aren't made according to which party has money. You do realize, don't you, that you're coming off as a parasite?

Move in with your boyfriend. Quit stealing from people. That is what I will tell you. And yes I am an attorney. You seem to believe that you have the supreme hand. YOU DO NOT.

Shadow Honey...No need to insult parasites. OP comes off as the piece of :poop: that parasites live in.

They can have your paycheck garnished...your tax returns taken...and it will be listed on your CR. No decent LL will rent to you again.

It's rather sickening to realize that their are people like you out there.
everyone has rights... even squatters. I'm not less of a human. I'm living with my boyfriend so i dont need any rental history and this is a civil matter so they cant take it from my paycheck. I should have been evicted properly instead of them changing the locks on me

A civil judgment allows for the garnishment of wages and attachment of assets in most states. Texas limits how judgment holders can satisfy their judgments, however. Your wages, I believe, are safe from garnishment and only non-exempt property can be seized. Most debtors hold only exempt property.

Yeah you are less of a human because those who are good people don't squat and don't take advantage of others. What happens when you break up with your boyfriend?

you are all judging based off me being a squatter but the law is the law and i have rights.
Actually no. I am "judging" you based on the psychopathic sense of entitlement you are posting here. Get your crap out of the peoples home you have lived in RENT FREE for the last FOUR years. Get out and leave them alone.

Whether they have money or not has no bearing on whether you get an award for an illegal eviction. For the record, I don't see an illegal eviction here.

This is called a self help eviction and it is illegal... changing locks or shutting off utilities is not legal
