  What part of scheduled drug (4 is scheduled) is unclear. You can't possess it without a script. AND I find it really really REALLY doubtful a legitimate pharmacy is giving away ANY prescription drugs (that what a sample is - not for resale)

  So long as the medicines and not scheduled controlled substances, you would not be breaking the law, though the dispensing party very well may be. As Zinger says, you would be better served getting samples from your doctor.
