  Semi-automatic pistols do not use "clips" and even if they did I'm not sure how it's visibility was a factor. Are you trying to imply that the pistol was not loaded?

  Did both charges arise from the same incident or were they separate? I'd be more angry at my attorney (or myself if I didn't get one) for not getting at least one of the charges reduced to a misdemeanor. This obviously did not occur in New York City.

  OP doesn't need any 911 transcripts. If the alleged victim called 911 for a domestic assault then the police should have responded and prepared a Complaint Report (UF-61) as well as a New York State Domestic Incident Report. Those two reports would document when the police responded and when...
