     Compare the address on the letter from the IRS to the address where you would mail a paper return (the latter is in the instructions for the 1040). If they are different then the statements are not contradictory - you're not refiling the return, you're just sending a signed copy to another...

     Commercial lease falls apart under fishy circumstances

     Are the restaurants all on their own parcels separate from the actual shopping center property? In my area the restaurants you mentioned would typically be in their own separate buildings, they wouldn't occupy space in a strip mall.

     Why would you think she didn't sign her own copy of the contract? It wouldn't matter that she didn't sign yours, if she has your signature on her copy that's all she would need to take you to court if you breached it, and it doesn't appear like that's happened yet. Or do you have the only...

     Scared

     Give it back to Toyota since you obviously can't afford it. They may be able to sell it for more than the amount owed given today's used car market, but not if you don't pay on it and late fees start pile up.

     Too late to request an accounting?

     Check to see if the property was part of the probate estate. If it was held as joint tenants with right of survivorship with someone else then it would not have been, upon your mother's death her interest would have passed directly to the other joint tenants.

     Since your manager physically threatened you and referenced a firearm I would start the red flag process. Perhaps having to give up firearms & spend money on a criminal defense attorney will teach your manager to behave more appropriately in the future...

      In six years I've only passed along two instances. The first was for a rather distinctive car where they'd already received a ton of reports going back over a year but had never been able to catch the driver. This wasn't someone changing lanes without signaling; that happens all day every day...

      Someone (including a worker) recording me?

      I have a dash cam in my car and give the truly egregious/dangerous infractions to a friend who is a cop. The footage usually doesn't show the driver clearly so he can't issue a citation, but the video can be passed on to the insurance company of record based on the car's registration.

      If the management company is still insisting that you use an exterminator then call around to several to see who will give you the best price on an inspection, just so you can send them a copy of the report that states "no rodent infestation found" to cover yourself.

      So add up $8/day since last October 3rd plus the rent for May (since what you thought was May's payment would have been applied to April) and get that payment to your landlord ASAP if you don't want to get sued.
