  The more details you post the more it sounds like in the long run you'd be better off if you retained an attorney to get the child support order changed so you simply pay a flat rate each month and there's no back-and-forth with refunds, and to set up a long-distance visitation plan.

  Is the nanny actually living in the unit or is the nanny providing day-time babysitting? Does your lease specify exactly who may live in the unit? Also if the nanny does leave bear in mind the kids will still be making noise during the evenings and weekends.

  I would file an amended return ASAP and then retain a family law attorney to help make the temporary orders permanent, with the changes made for insurance coverage and claiming all four kids on the tax return. Do you know if your ex is still drinking?

  If you don't have much money then you have no business sponsoring an immigrant. Do a Google search on "I864 fraud" to learn what you could end up stuck owing her each month in addition to alimony and/or child support if you do get this woman into the US and she decides to bail on the relationship.

  I'd guess either porn or gambling. Either way if I were the OP I'd be less worried about getting sued, and more worried about the stiffed service provider activating ransomware that was installed on my computer or phone while using the service.
