     Fraudulent Chargebacks

     The small claims limit in DE is pretty high and businesses are not required to have an attorney represent them. Obviously it's a hassle and time away from your business to go but depending on the size of the chargeback it might be worth it...

      Birth year in DL#

      In WV there is no connection to the DOB and DL number, but the DL expiration date is on your birthday when your age is divisible by five. So, if you were born in 1950, 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, etc. then your DL would expire in 2025. So... I'll assume application denied.

      Was there a written lease? ETA: Just Blue and I were thinking the same thing. Also it looks like lease termination notices don't apply if emailed, they must be in writing and can be mailed or hand-delivered.
