If you have an attorney they should be handling this for you, contact them re the recent injury and get your child to a doctor to verify and document the injury, they are mandated reporters. Then read my previous post from 6-5-6 where I stated exactly what you should do, however that was before you stated you had an attorney.

True and they bleed a lot, but there was lack of supervision or negligent supervision, that can be documented, if not both parents share the responsibility.
