Little fall and get hurt. Mine have done it. Sometimes it warrants a trip to the doc, sometimes not. And since OP didn't feel it was worth medical attention, either? It's a nonstarter.

And cuts on the noggin happen from mishaps too , ya know rmex .
True and they bleed a lot, but there was lack of supervision or negligent supervision, that can be documented, if not both parents share the responsibility.
