Title: recipe posted on www.forum.freeadvice.com. How to skin, boil and spice a live cat
Add to this Advice Give New Advice Email Advice to a friend!

Please help! The above website gives very explicit "recipes" designed to bring extremely horrid deaths to cats. mary ****** monitors the activity posted on the website in question.

Having reviewed many posts, I am of the belief that the website www.forum.freeadvice.com is nothing more than an invitation into the world of animal abuse, dog fighting, followed by child pornography.

PLEASE review the posts in question and take IMMEDIATE action to get this information out of the public forum. Advance warning: The material is very graphic and may be found to be upsetting.

I am willing to take whatever action is necessary to protect the God given creatures we have been blessed with. The wonderful beings should NEVER be exposed to the horrific conditions suggested by the dark world of www.forum.freeadvice.com.

PLEASE help me with this!

Blanch/Cissy? you need help.

Thanks Eme.

I am doing a case study for one of my classes. I am studying paralegal. Here is the case, I am wondering the best way to approach it.

Mark, the father of 2 children pays $1,000 a month in child support to Ann. Mark works construction and is laid off from November to April of every year. Mark would like lay-off to be presented to the court and calculated in as a yearly income. For example, if Mark makes $5,000 a month but makes $0 from November to April how would be the best way to add that into a yearly calculation? Describe how this would have to be presented to the court. Mark has joint custody of the children with 50/50 visitation.

Using the above case study, describe the best way to approach the following situation:

Mark has been remarried for about 3 years. Shortly after he is laid off his wife, Jill comes down with a life or death illness. She must seek immediate treatment which will result in thousands of doctor’s bills a month. Because of her illness she will be unable to work. The doctors estimate her recovery time to be roughly 6 months. Mark and Jill have roughly $7,000 in savings but after 2 months that has been exhausted. Mark wants to know if he can have the child support stopped for the duration of her treatment so that his wife can receive the treatment that she requires.

I say no to the last one and that the CS cannot be changed but I don’t know about the first one.

No paralegal program would ask a student to tackle this problem without providing a statutory reference. Accordingly, this is my version of the post:

"Mark, my current husband, and father of 2 children pays $1,000 a month in child support to Ann, the ex-wife.

Mark has joint custody of the children with 50/50 visitation

Using the above case study, describe the best way to approach the following situation:

Mark has been remarried for about 3 years. Shortly after he is laid off, OP comes down with a life or death illness and must seek immediate treatment which will result in thousands of doctors bills a month. Because of OP's illness she will be unable to work. The doctors estimate her recovery time to be roughly 6 months. Mark and OP have roughly $7,000 in savings but after 2 months that has been exhausted. Mark wants to know if he can have the child support stopped for the duration of treatment."

If my interpretation is wrong, so be it.

Then why do you think we should do your homework? Try Google Idiot.
Did you do it? No so so why are you all upset about it, it seems to be taking up more of your day defending yourself on how you don_t feel you should answer a question that I posted that I no longer need the answer to because it was during an online seminar and has been over for quite some time. I have never sat here and called anyone a name so I see no reason why you find it necessary all of the sudden (though I doubt that is the case.)

I would be more than happy to send you any and all information on the school, including teachers, deans and grading scales, if you don_t think it is real.
"Duane, my current husband, and father of 3 children pays $1,300 a month in child support to, for arguments sake we will say, Michelle, the ex-wife. Duane works in a warehouse as a shift supervisor all year round and is laid off from never because his job is not affected by the weather but in fact depends on how busy the surrounding restaurants are doing since the warehouse he works in stores their food.

Duane doesn_t care one bit if a non-existent lay-off is presented to the court because it wouldn_t make a difference in his case because his child support is at a set/fixed amount due to the children's handicapps. Describe how this would have to be presented to the court if hell froze over and for some reason Duane wanted to pay more because I don_t ever see him paying less. Michelle has sole custody of the children with 20/30 visitation due to 2 of the children being physically handicapped.

Using the above case study, describe the best way to approach the following situation:

Duane has been remarried for about 4 years. Shortly after he is not laid off, OP doesn_t come down with a life or death illness and must seek immediate treatment which will result in thousands of non-existent doctors bills a month (which would be even more stupid because if I had a life or death illness I would be in the hospital not online typing). Because of OP's non-existent illness she will be unable to work (Check my other posts, I have a job because I pay child support, which also if this WAS ACTUALLY MY case, don_t you think I would be more concerned about MY child support?). Duane and OP don_t have any combined savings because Duane and OP keep their financaes seperate. If my interpretation is wrong, so be it.
so be it then
