Did you bother to read before sticking your foot in yor mouth??
Yes I did girl. IMHO, Jane gives all us BMs a bad name. She's consistently demonstrated that she just needs drama in her life. All you have to do is go back and read her stories.

Again, if I was expecting kids on a bus and didn't get a call, I certainly would give it to my ex.

AFAIK, Jane still doesn't have joint legal custody and is just pi$$ed off about it.

Your friendly neighborhood drama queen finder...
Obviously you are referring to CJane and if you had HALF a brain AND could read you would see that yes, when there are emotions there may be some nitpicking and silly questions (we all have pretty much done that at one time or another) - but CJane is dealing with one of the most nutty ex's I have ever heard of and the SM from HELL!

So, before you start spouting off about DRAMA QUEENS why dont you open your eyes and read a little!

Candy, I've read quite a lot about Jane (and not just on this board, mind you). Maybe you should go back and read about her.

I call 'em like I see 'em. I will admit she is quite an entertaining read, but she's a nutter.

Then you're either a dumba$$ or a b*tch. Because the teachers walk the kids out and put them on the bus personally. And the bus stops at the driveway of the ex's house. It's not like they could get kidnapped somewhere between their classrooms and home. He KNOWS if they don't get off the bus that they're with me. And it's MY CUSTODIAL DAY I'm not obligated to let him know that the kids are with me. See how that works?

I don't need joint legal custody of the kids in order to decide whether or not they're sick enough to stay home from school, or whether or not I pick them up from school on my days.

And, if you'd really stalked my posts as you claim, you'd know that I DO, in essence, have joint legal because of the way the parenting plan is written. And so I'm modifying the language to reflect that.

Really... get a life. I seem to have mine all under control, TYVM.

"in essence" yeah, that'd stand up in court... you're just a riot Jane.

"I seem to have mine all under control" Really? Who's in a ugly court battle? How many lawyers have you gone through now? How's that BF of yours doing?

Hmmm, I have NEVER had to call and tell my daycare provider "hey the kids are not going to come to daycare today"

like you have said before even in divorce sounds like he is attempting to find ways to control you still...

Congratulations

You have been elevated to the status of having your very own internet stalker. How does it feel CJane? Inquiring minds want to know.

Really? My school and day care will both call if my kids don't show.

If you were paying attention, you'd know that 1) It did hold up in court 2) I'm not in any court battle, it's been over for nearly a month 3) 2 attorneys and 4) I'd assume he's fine.

Why, if I'm going to have a troll, do I have to have an inept one?

Ith ~ This is a troll that refers to itself as a BM. I'm being stalked by a turd.
