Sept.18th but we can ask Housing for an Extension which we plan on doing since I have about 5+ pages of place's that I have personally contacted

And nothing has been filed in court for it to be legal

Wanna know why? Cause he can't produce a lease that my husband signed 10 years ago .......... Our Legal Aid Lawyer asked for it and he said He couldn't find it
Then why are you talking to a bunch of strangers on the internet? You have a lawyer.

What kind of fire hazard are you talking about?

You are free to report the fire hazard to your state's version of the housing authority, but if they deem the situation to be very hazardous, you could find yourself ousted immediately..

Here I'll post some pictures of the stove they brought in to replace another

Neither of us have signed anything the practical lease my husband has was signed in 2014 .... We couldn't find everything of the lease
So you don't actually *have* a lease, is that correct? I don't believe the one your husband signed in 2014 was valid for 10+ years...

Correct which would be considered Month to Month and with no verbal or written anything since 2014 what is there to follow?

The Landlord doesn't even follow the Indiana Code where we have a right to privacy and that they have to give advance notice before they show up even anyone that works for him

I had to Tape the Indiana Code about it to the door for them to start following it which has only been once in the 10+ years my husband has lived here

AFAIK - and the landlord folks will correct me if I'm wrong - he doesn't need a reason as long as he gives you proper, timely notice.

Thats the thing he has NEVER ONCE GIVEN NOTICE before showing up or even the maitance men until I tapped the Indiana Code about giving properly timely notice it was NEVER DONE in 10+ years and we can prove that cause I have been living here for 2 years

Notice to evict you is what I'm talking about.

He's in a sinking ship without a flag no where to go cause no lease which judge would ask for

Doesn't follow the Indiana Code about giving ANY PRIOR NOTICE

Put a Fire Hazard in one of his properties which is Illegal

Has never followed the lease himself for 10+ years

Yes that he has but it is nothing from the court like I said him going to court will be a sinking ship without a paddle

My husband used to have bed bugs and the Landlord wouldn't do shit all about them this was like 2+ years ago

It was Community Partners that had paid for the place to be sprayed even thought it's a LANDLORD responsibility

And buy his own toilet when the one in property stopped working cause Landlord wouldn't replace it

Okay. The only answer you are willing to hear is that the landlord is breaking the law.

Fine. Hire a lawyer and sue him.

None of that really matters unless the legal tenant addressed things properly *at the time*. So yes, he can have you evicted - legally.
