She is now claiming to have my child at the same time she wants to to do this all alone without me.

I question this if its true so please give me some good advice as to what to do legally to find out if this is true.

Yes. Paternity is determined through a DNA sample, and that is obtained after baby is born. There would not be a compelling reason for any doc to go in utero for a sample.

It has nothing to do with you being male. You know that it takes two to tango.

After birth, either you or her will file for paternity, child support, visitation.

or neither of you will file, and nothing happens.

or aliens will attack Just being silly, carbro - who knows what will happen? Maybe you will get that line of communication open and you two will be able to converse adultly, and come to an agreement.
