Are you deliberately being stupid? You have no rights. Right now you don't have a child. Until paternity is established (after birth) there is no paternity rights or responsibilities.

And you can't prevent her from having a LEGAL medical procedure if she so chooses.

Look dude - your question has been answered multiple times on this thread and you either refuse to accept the legally correct answer or you don't have the brain power to understand it.
