I guess I shouldn't have ever mentioned that my oldest son had been through this. He is 29 years old he doesn't live with me and hasn't lived with me since he was 16. He lived with his Dad who is a drinker. OK . So how am I supposed to make a 29 year old pay for what he did. I am of course going to defend my daughter she is my daughter and I love her. OMG. And I don't live in a trailer either! And I'm not stupid enough to think that my daughter hasn't ever drank before. I know she has. I'm not with her 24-7. I thank God that she didn't kill someone or herself and I know she will be punished. I'm not trying to get her off. She was charged with a 23152(A)(B)V.C. She did a very stupid thing and I am not saying that she has not done anything stupid before. I am not that naive.
