So? What does that have to do with you posting pictures of your child/ren on the internet?

My friends, my family are all on the internet and this is how I share my child with them, especially since there are long distances between each and every one of them. I moved to FL to be near my child, but I had to leave a lot of people I care about and who care about my child, behind.

Well i suggested that to my ex, to design a site just for my daughter that you would have to have a screen name and pw to go to it, and she still wants to make a fuss. My job is the internet, its how i do a lot of my communicating and projects.
She has every right to make a fuss if she chooses to. As others have stated, it's not a great idea to have info about your kids out on the 'net. As for what she could do legally? Yes, she could ask a judge to order you to refrain from posting photos and any identifying information (names, ages, etc) of your children anywhere on the 'net. We have that written into our order.

And again, what does that have to do with posting pictures on a website?

You can email photos. Depending on the age of the child, they can email letters, you can webcam with gramma and grampa. There is NO reason in the world to have pictures of your children posted on the internet.

This is a cop-out. You can just as easily (in fact, it would be easier to) e-mail them the photos. Which also, is easier for them to save/download &/or print them out.

she did ask the court, the court denied her request. before court she never had a problem with the site, I showed it to her and she told me i had a lot of "cute pictures", The only reason I'm bothering with it now is because I don't want some bad blood between us thats really not necassary.

OH MY LORD. get her off of that site. im 18 and i have an account on that site and some of the nudity.. etc that i've seen would horrify u. and u can find it by accident while surfing on the site. She's too young.

illegally put adult material. If you see adult material, which is rare, then you are to report it the administrators and they will delete and ban that profile.

I'm probably twice your age, and feel that I'm old enough to run into that sort of "material".....again, my child can't use a computer. My child is only 3.

I took a peek out of curiosity.
I'm disgusted!
About 95% were implying sex, dating, etc...
The browse section has you enter the age, location, marital status, etc...
Why the he!! would you post your child's image here?
If I found out my ex had our child on there, you can be damn skippy I'd print out the pages and see his azz in court!

There's this really nifty new service that you may not be aware of. It's called the United States Postal Service. Might want to look into it.

Dating is not illegal, but it is adult material!
Everyone on there is looking for a date to hook-up with, that's adult material.

It has already been to court, The judge said her kids were on the site and she didn't find anything wrong with it. AGAIN, I've offered to make a password protected site just for my child and my ex refuses to even cooperate with that.
