I'm not a troll! I promise you, I am just looking for advice on how to LEGALLY deal with this unbearable woman!

I think my hubby wants to take her back to court to get full custody. Wonder if she will like the 3 hour visits at his discretion.

I have yet to jump in on any of these threads but seriously****************************......are you for real?????

You need to stay out of the dad's relationship between him and his babys mom and get a freakin puppy or something! You have no right to even be in their business as it has absolutely nothing to do with you!

OMG, these people here have been so patient with you **************..... unbelievable! They have told you over and over****************************LISTEN GIRL!!!!

When my husband tells me to stay out of it, I will.

I totally agree with everyone else! Mom should get a restraining order again you, and get a court order that only allows the baby's dad visitation when you are not around. You will obviously not ever understand that you wil NEVER EVER have any say in anything when it comes to this child!!!

GOD HELP this child should this moron be an actual part of his/her life!!!

Ahhh, so court orders wouldn't matter to you. Gotcha.

Troll
If there was an order in place saying I couldn't be around, I would follow it because i love my husband.

Such order does NOT exist.

Like I said before, I have never even spoken to the mother. I've seen her a few times in person like when she came through the drive thru of the place I was working, and at the hospital, but she wouldn't speak to me at all.

I am not hurting her by posting on here. What grounds would she have to even get a restraining order against me? I havent done anything to her! She knows nothing about me

I wonder if that would be before or after you've ruined his chances of healthy coparenting.

Legal advice?

Tell your husband to call an attorney.
Stay out of it.
Be thankful that he's not in jail or garnished/levied for non-payment of child support.
Stop emotionally harming this child
Grow up.

Simple.

ETA: you got it wrong again. By default you have absolutely no rights here. None. Time to accept that.

You really make Stepmoms look bad. Why do you feel the necessity to have control over something that you can't control??
Massive pathological insecurity at a guess. She couldn't control her husband dipping into another honey pot, and this is perhaps the way she can assert control of the situation. Or thinks she can..

It won't happen. There is no substantial change in circumstance that warrant your hubby getting a change in custody. You and your husband are idiots quite frankly if you believe he has any sort of case.
