If the infection came from the vaccination, well that is possible but your friends took the puppy to the vet right away. As you have been told, when all is said an done, you do not have a cause of action, even for a contract nor can you meet the burden of proof.
Thank you for the interest in my work. I have extensive education and degrees, none of which can prepare anyone to become an expert witness no matter the field, there is far more to it than that, the key factor being a "gift". Without the "gift" any career aspirations would fall short. Please take this in the best possible light, interesting as it may be, you don't have the "gift". Your task is to study well and perhaps while you are in medical school and your postraduate training and experience you will discover your gift.
Now what breed of dog is this?
I recommended the breeder to my friends the day after I got the puppy so, it wouldn’t look like anything to a judge. I only gave the recommendation because the dog got here safe, was cute as a button and like I have said in all my other posts she was one of the only breeders in the area that had puppies available.
As far as the “gift” – do you have the gift of hearing what an unstable lunatic you sound like? Enjoy your self righteous ranting, I’ll continue living in reality. Honestly, after your last post I have a feeling you are one of those people who patrol internet forums to feel better about yourself and your life, instead of honestly helping people outright.
My interest in your profession was just that – interest. I wanted to hear about what degrees you hold and how your career path led you to become an “expert witness”. I am even more interested in the “degrees” you hold, now since you seem to think you are so educated. Let me tell you one thing, a person can hold twenty degrees and still be totally incompetent.
I am actually blessed with a very important gift, the ability to see people for who they are and from you, I’m getting someone with an over inflated ego. That same person has to go on the internet and hide behind anonymity to boost their self esteem. When in fact you probably have no life what-so-ever considering you sit on the computer and give people FREE advise all day.
PS – when you go onto a forum and talk about how wonderful you are you should make sure you don’t use run on sentences and at least use spell check if you can’t spell on your own.
