Just wanted to thank you quincy and flyingron (plus anyone else that was helpful) in giving me ideas to stearing me in the right direction especially through all of the mess flying back and forth..
I think that all of the forum members who responded to your thread steered you in the right direction, showing you what you are apt to be up against in court and what you will need to prove in court in order to have your red-light ticket dismissed. The odds are almost always stacked in favor of the police officer.
