Wrong, but nice try to justify your argument...not really.

"because they're both freaky" That's immature.

I'm fine with whatever is said on here, my friends are going to have their relationship regardless, I was just checking for them. Not if the parents have anything to do with it. I only want them to be happy, but if the law doesn't allow it, then so be it. If you want the *CHILD* to be happy, get him away from your *Freaky Child Molester* friend.

Thanks for that information, wasn't too sure but that makes sense. Although, it is interesting that you mention the age of majority as opposed to the age of consent. Why is there a difference, and such a drastic change between the 2? It seems as though the age of consent says that the 16 year old can have sex at 16 with anyone (not relatives, obviously), but can't have a relationship with anyone until they're 18. It seems as though the law is saying that sex is ok, because it's a one time thing, but if you're in a relationship, that's what'll mess ya up.
It is the fact that the 16 year old is still under parental control. The parents are the boss of him until the law states differently.

<sarcasm>OMG wow you found me out, fyi, in case you looked at my profile, it states I'm 28, which is actually wrong, I'm 30 now. And my friend is 26 and we look nothing alike. And I am actually single. And since ur ever so curious, I'm looking for someone who is interesting and fun to hang out with...for the time being...no dating. Sorry, I know you're horribly disappointed. </sarcasm>

Makes sense. Sorry to be so curious, but what is the point of the Age of Consent laws then, if they can be turned over by the parent?

Why would I be disappointed? You are a ugly 30 yr. old gay guy looking for a 18 yr. old guy.

Actually per my profile...18 to 32. But it's good to see the headspace you're in...picking and choosing facts as they fit your bias.

My only bias is protecting a 16 year old kid in Sac. You are so overly involved, that you know and I know you are the one involved with him.

You also know that you are not educated enough to go into internet battle with me. Your posting history suggests that you can't even pay your own rent, and you are 30? Your posting history say's you have alot of friends who are teenagers with issues.

Time to get a life and stop being a freak Paul.

Age of consent just makes it that you don't have to wear the scarlet SP (sexual preditor) for the rest of your life.
