My only bias is protecting a 16 year old kid in Sac. You are so overly involved, that you know and I know you are the one involved with him.

You also know that you are not educated enough to go into internet battle with me. Your posting history suggests that you can't even pay your own rent, and you are 30? Your posting history say's you have alot of friends who are teenagers with issues.

Thanks for that information, wasn't too sure but that makes sense. Although, it is interesting that you mention the age of majority as opposed to the age of consent. Why is there a difference, and such a drastic change between the 2? It seems as though the age of consent says that the 16 year old can have sex at 16 with anyone (not relatives, obviously), but can't have a relationship with anyone until they're 18. It seems as though the law is saying that sex is ok, because it's a one time thing, but if you're in a relationship, that's what'll mess ya up.

Until people reach the age of majority mom and dad have control over their child and are responsible for their actions. Age of consent is 16 however mom and dad are still responsible for the outcome. They are also responsible for whatever happens to their child and if they dont' want the child hanging around with an adult, they have the legal right to determine that.

Yeah, I sure am, cuz I've tried to help friends out before and they happen to be underage. I'm a horrible person that I'm concerned for their welfare. I should've just ignored them and turned a blind eye.
