OK ~ I totaly agree with your last post. People do need to do for themselves. Try to get off assistance whenever possible. I realize that many people will suck the life out of programs by not being responsible. But you can't just assume that every person that you come across on a site like this is doing that. Perhaps most are and you can tell by their follow up posts, but there was just not enough info from the OP to determine that. That is why I got upset. I felt like you had her scamming the system without knowing more of the story.

I don’t know why you keep agreeing w/her nonsense Motherof6. Shellyanty generalized and stereotyped this woman from her first post/response. Not knowing anything more than she got in trouble and wanted to know how to get out of a jam. If people didn’t find themselves in situations like Yulunda we wouldn’t need lawyers or forums like this to seek information from. Humans commit crime and sin everyday and only one in this world has the real authority to judge. No one really minded when Clinton remained President of the United States after he committed adultery and used an intern for sexual favors. We are not a country of saints and $h!t happens.
