I'm sitting here trying not to let my bp go sky high ....kimmee...what in the world are you thinking? As a mom of a 14 yr old daughter , I am mad as hell that you think 14 year olds are not children. Pressing charges against your son was the nicest thing his step mom could have done.

This lady came here for help, and all most of you people can do is talk sh*t to her and call her son names. Where is the girl in all of this? Do we know that she didnt make the first move? Most Teengae girls today are hot and fast and go after grown men. How can you have a rape if she laid down and say yes we can do this? She wasnt forced to do anything. You do as a mother should do, stand behind your son and love him with all your heart. Go get him a good lawyer and be there right by his side as he goes through all of this. I too am a mother and if my daughter was in trouble for any reason I would be right there standing right by her side.

Irrelevent if the girl consented or not, the statutes in the state do not allow him to have sex with a girl this age. He broke the law and the terminology used is what he is. She is NOT at the age of giving consent, that's the law.
