Oh please if you are so scared of him you wouldnt be making a big deal out of the clothes out of fear. And guess what your wrong. My ex is bi-polar he has his good days and bad so I have had to make up plenty of excuses as to why daddy didn't show for visitation. Before he was diagnosed and on his meds I had to put up with his tantrums. I picked my battles and clothes wasnt even on the dang list. You try explaining why its ok for parents to go to court over clothes to your kids. Real grown up

You really did get your answers. Yes, you certainly can bring the situation up at your hearing and you absolutely should. However since you already are very short on clothing you simply shouldn't send them there again with anything you can't afford to lose. So get at least ONE thrift shop outfit to send them in the next time....and don't send anything else.

I personally still think that filing a small claims case against grandma is the way to go.

At first all I wanted to know if others had been through this and how they handled the situation and now people are claiming that I don't love our children... WTF?!?
And tons of people gave you input - that you DIDN'T want to hear! YOU are the one who kept arguing about it, but it's everyone else's fault? Whatever, lady.
