I took my 6 y.o. kid to swim lessons at a private swim school and paid $500. The child still remains an absolute non-swimmer.
Since the child not achieve any swimming skills, I have asked the company for a full refund. I believe their teaching techniques are the problem.
However, they replied with “you might want to consider another swim school”, “my child’s bad swimming process is not their fault, they did their best” and “we can issue refund for a few leftover lessons, but not for the past lessons”
On their enrollment papers – they say “no refunds”, but there is no information about “no swimming skills will be achieved”
I am frustrated that I paid them for nothing.
I want a full refund. Do I take them to court? How can I do to proof my case? Make a video of the swim class?
Thank you!
