FBI agents don't threaten you on Facebook, they go to judges and get warrants to come search your house and they don't tell you about it beforehand because they don't want you to destroy evidence and run away.

How did you and this other person meet or come into contact with each other and work out this "understanding"?
So, the order of events is this:
Your husband purchased a house.
Your husband had a Will drafted that left the house to his daughter.
Your husband then married you.
Your husband had you added to the house deed as husband and wife.
Your husband passed away.
Your late husband's daughter now...
Maybe the friend is upset that the OP called/texted repeatedly because he was worried.
I agree that you should move on and find other friends if that's how he's going to act.

OP can also look into home schooling her child if a transfer to another school is not an option. There are a lot of online curricula available and CA is fairly friendly to home-schoolers.

If you and your husband are amicable about splitting and can mutually agree on how to divide your assets and debts, it will cost significantly less than if you fight over everything right down to the last stick of furniture in the house.
Based on your last two posts a title search should show that you are also on the deed so yes your signature would be required to transfer your ownership interest in the house to the buyer.
