Simpletons are such fun....?? Dear, neither you nor butterfree are more complicated than the Romper Room puzzle my son used to put together. The only culture you two have is growing in a petri dish in a lab somewhere. And yes, simpletons ARE fun.... you two are about the easiest I've seen in a while....
(Quote from the headers of Rad's Evaluation)
"This psychosocial assessment is for Thomas Salts who self referred for the the purpose of establishing his child custody rights. He said he has not been allowed parenting time with his children, XXXX and XXXX for over one year. The process was conducted over two one hour sessions the first on 6/22/02 and the second on 6/26/02 by XXXX XXXXXX XXXXXXX, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, license number XXXXX, an Associate of XXXXXXXXXX XXXXX. A signed authorization to release information to his attorney, XXXXXXXX XXXX was obtained."
Maybe if you or butterfree had actually SEEN the assessment (not counselling sessions mind you, but an assessment that took place over 2 one hour time frames) and saw the wording, you'd KNOW his visit was for the sole purpose of getting the evaluation the court ordered him to, and you wouldn't be on here once again making an ass out of yourself. Or perhaps you did see it, and just couldn't comprehend what you read. Let me see if I can't break down the big word for you.... "assessment" = "evaluation". Look it up in a thesarus. And lets look at the very last line of this entire document...
"It is hoped that the court would order the children back to their Oregon location and a child custody evaluation be conducted to determine the best possible parenting arrangement that would provide the children with the most stable and safe environment."
The "evaluator" knew this was for a court order and operated in that capacity, even down to making his own recommendation to the courts as they are SUPPOSED to do in the case of court ordered psychological evaluations. Now, is there anything else you'd like for us "simpletons" to explain to you?
