     The realtor probably put a decent price on it because they work on commission. If you want it gone badly enough that you're willing to just stop paying taxes on it and trash your credit, see if the neighbor wants it for $1 and you split the title fees instead.

      How do I serve a judgment to a business that has a PO BOX listed?

      Go here: https://ecorp.sos.ga.gov/BusinessSearch Look up the business name. There should be an address listed for serving lawsuits. Also "you" can't serve the suit personally, a disinterested party has to do it, such as a process server or Sheriff's deputy. There is usually a fee for that.

      My understanding of ingress/egress easements is that no, your neighbor does not have the right to park on any part of it. Sure, your little car could squeak by, but could an ambulance or fire truck?

      Re-read AJ's post #2. Today is February 8th. If you leave at the end of this month, the landlord can legally keep your security deposit to cover March rent and then come after you for any damages to the unit. Give written notice for March 31. If the landlord wants you out sooner than that...

      If I want to research 501(c)3 organizations then I start with CharityNavigator.org. If you suspect shenanigans with their fundraising then you can report that to the appropriate authorities.

      You do not get to file a restraining order against relatives because they are mean or because they call child services on you. If they are that toxic then your legal recourse is for you and your boyfriend move out of state, don't leave a forwarding address, and block them on all social media.

      Caregivers are not taking care of the patients. Too busy on their cell phones.

      Perhaps OP should simply find another employer with policies that are more in line with having employees who don't sit around with their noses in their phones all day rather than working. I have had one employer that prohibited cell phones in the facility and they were really harsh about it.
