Well I did not mention it in this thread, but I did in the other, I did hire an attorney in 2003, when the case got upgraded from misdemeanor to felony in 2003 and there was a court case, I contacted my bail bondsman and he put me in contact with an attorney, he cost me $3000. Like I say , I was expected to go home, was not expected or told to stay by the police or courts. If they had wanted me to stay they would have kept my passport or told me not to and I would have stayed. there was no court case arranged or anything when my holiday ended, I had to leave...- England2018

Well I had to go home after my holiday, was never told I couldn't go home, when arrested etc, they expected that I would be going home a week later, otherwise they would have kept my passport. I would have been deported if I had tried to stay in Orlando, (in order to wait for the court case)- England2018

well I had no reason to stay in the country after my holiday, there was no court case booked or anything. All events happened after I came home. the 1st court case I was ever to attend happened the year after in 2003, for which I was going to attend but denied entry.- England2018
