My atty told me that in our area, if one of the parents wants 50/50 and the other is pushing for a more uneven split of time, the judge nearly always orders 50/50. And so I didn't fight 50/50- but my Ex and I do NOT get along, and he is very difficult to work with. Don't mean to hijack- that is just what my atty told me, and what I ended up with.

If you can come up with a reasonable parenting plan, then, it makes it easier on all parties.

I have only read halfway through this thread, but I find it appalling that ANYONE would even consider faxing their boyfriend's legal documents (names redacted or not) to a complete stranger. Jekyll/Hyde - HOW DARE YOU? Does HE know you have done this? Did you ask his permission first?
Yes he does know.. It was his idea to do so.. He wanted to show the OP that a lot of PA Judges will do 50/50 cuz they see it as being in the best interest of the child.. He is the one who actually faxed it after I gave him the number that OP gave me.....
So it is not a "HOW DARE YOU" situation.... He went through it and wanted OP to see that fathers can get 50/50....

Hint: even if it did happen in your case (which I find very difficult to believe), there are not a lot of PA judges who will order 50:50 when the parents can't agree to it and aren't willing to work at it.

stealth2: as to having moms permission.. as I stated.. My fiancee sent it, it was his decision to send it.. so if mom was to haven an issue with it then that is something them two can discuss.. I do not see how it is any concern of yours though.. Your name wasnt in there.. Neither were theirs.. Their names and the childs name were all blackened out by placing a small sliver of paper over each...
