Why else would she file for a vacation!

she is unfit. she is an alcoholic, allows drugs in the home.
her son is under criminal charges for domestic assault & battery;domestic assault & battery w/ a dangerous weapon; threatening to commit a crime;violation of release terms;violation of restraining order.
both are also verbally abusive towards him.

i dont need any money for myself. i care more about my son.

now, just 8 months ago you voluntarily signed your son over to this woman, this unfit alcoholic druggie, doesn't matter what her son does because he is a legal stranger in this situation.

so you already told a judge you can't take care of this child, then you told a judge who you did want to take care of the child, do you see why this will be difficult????

what can you show or tell the judge about you or her that is totally new info, something you did not know in feb? did you have a court ordered visitation arrangement to see your son?

i didnt know any of this when i gave guardianship. a whole new person back then. now a monster.

no they said it would be discussed when the time came and it NEVER was and permanent guardianship was granted
