did you talk to the lawyer yet? even though he can't be there, did he tell you what you should or should not do/say?

trust me; this woman is two faced and evil. i have only known her for 2 years now (yes i know im a MORON)
and i am a completly differnet person in that 8 month period. i didnt have a job; or an education diploma.

if/when we went back to court. b/c i was living with them at the time and was able to see him.

Yeah, and that's nice. But you can't provide yourself a place to live - let alone your child, apparently can't/don't have to buy food for yourself, etc. In other words - you can't provide for yourself, by yourself. So how are you going to tell the judge you can provide for yoru child?

because if someone else is supporting me my paycheck will go to my son.
and if they dont find me fit STILL; i will be asking custody to be given to my mother.
