I don't think Shay is the only one who wants to know what the story is with the boy molesting his sister. This is a very serious matter, but you have been rather vague about it. Why? Does the Aunt know he molested his sister? What did your husband do when he learned that his son molested his sister? These are fair questions.
i think op got the "molestation" thing off another thred that is why she is not addressing the question

shay-i think you have a fan:eek:

 TIME OUT CHILDREN!
Your husband needs to take responsibility for his son whether or not he wants to have custody of this child.

Have your husband petition the court to appoint a Guardian ad Litem for this child and seek, further assessment by a child and adolescent psychiatrist and then placement in appropriate residential school for children with either developmental or emptional disabilities to prepare him for independent living before he ends up in prison.

Me? I will give much thought to your comments, however I must weigh in the fact that the said comments, are coming from you.

Why didn't your hubby or yourself report this terrible crime against a young girl?

Wouldn't that have put him in a treatment center and out of your hair?

Hmm, I doubt this happened at all.

I stumbled upon this site today hoping to get some legal advise, and for the most part all I've gotten is a bunch of offensive opinionated crap! But thanks to the ones that were sincere and helpful.:)

Rmet hun, if they cared at all the placement could have taken place had they reported him in the first place. They have no interest in helping this boy, they would rather throw him away.

How many of us parents would let something like this slide?

If you really want it, learn to spell it: ADVICE. You were given plenty.
Now go kick your lame husband in the ass and get to work, before the kid rapes his Aunt!

Did you even bother to read my advice or are you only interested in arguing?

Offensive? You are claiming this child molested a young girl, and not one of you reported it.

That is offensive. You heard the truth on this forum, and you and daddyo need to take a much needed look in the mirror. See, throwing him away is easier for you. Reporting this alledged" molestation would be to difficut,.....that would mean saving another little girl, and getting him help.

In case you have not noticed, I don't believe this boy molested anyone.
