  I think even parking an unregistered uninspected vehicle on a public roadway in pa is illegal..as to your friend the cop seeing your unregistered/uninspected car assuming you drove it... ? you think hes a fool ? thinking you had it towed or pushed it there ???

  so it shut itself off on day one and you continued to keep on driving it, after repeatedly shutting itself off , then you finish it off with a highway drive ? you should of had it looked at after the first sign of trouble.. sounds like you just blew it up, way too late to go after seller...

  actually it would be required to replace the indoor coil when replacing the outdoor condenser, the old unit would be an r22 unit. which it became illegal to manufacture r22 units 5-6 yrs ago, the new condenser will be a r410 a unit not compatable with the existing r22 coil, , so the neighbor...

  you may want to call a reliable contractor to check your units operation (since mr fly by night isn't responding to you ) since operating it if its low on charge etc may seriously damage it if you try to run it.. but most reliable contractors wont take on freddy fly by nights mistakes... if...
